In November 2020, we released a new mobile-friendly version of the My Calendar page. Following the updates and ongoing feedback from our users we have completed the following improvements:
Scheduled curriculum events:
- Now displayed with colour coding to more easily differentiate between courses (just like Academic Sessions),
- Course and activity details are now displayed with activity details first since those differ from class to class and day to day.
To see a fuller picture of a learner’s schedule in one central place, the My Calendar page now includes:
- Scheduled Rotations, along with their related Handouts and Links and Preceptor(s),
- Scheduled Vacations/Leaves
Based on user feedback, we have brought back two key features: Print and Export/Subscribe.
The Export/Subscribe option refers to subscribing to your calendar feed and when clicked, will take you to the page where you can create, remove and subscribe to your One45 calendar. Subscribing to your calendar will add the event details to your personal calendar application of your choice (e.g Google Calendar, Apple iOS, etc.) and calendar events will sync regularly when updates are made to your events in One45.
