In the July 2012 system update that was made this past week, we introduced a completely redesigned Manage Rotations interface.
The new Manage Rotations page has been designed to make it easier for users to find and edit rotations and rotation information.
Some key changes include:
- a search tool for finding specific rotations
- an “Inactive Rotations” view
- the ability to access Rotation eDossiers from the Manage Rotations interface
- the ability to bulk activate/deactivate rotations
- the ability to delete rotations
- institution-wide custom rotation fields
- flexible field naming and organization options
- new printable (and PDF exportable) viewing options for rotation data
